These terms govern Kokoro Reader, provided by Ignited IO LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.

Your trial and subscription

A seven-day trial starts when your account is first created. If you choose the no-payment-method trial, it does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. Upgrading after choosing that trial charges immediately and does not add a second trial. During first-time onboarding, eligible users may instead choose a monthly or annual subscription with a seven-day payment-method trial: nothing is charged initially, then the selected subscription renews at its stated price unless canceled before the trial ends. After the no-card trial ends, upgrade to continue. Reinstalling or clearing browser storage does not restart the trial.

Monthly costs USD $9.99 every 30 days. Annual costs USD $65 every 365 days. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown in Whop checkout. A paid subscription renews automatically at its stated interval until canceled. You explicitly authorize recurring payment when completing checkout. We will give advance notice of material price changes before they apply to your renewal.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel future renewals through My account before the next renewal. You retain access through the current paid period. Uninstalling the extension does not cancel billing. Contact us promptly for billing mistakes or refund requests. Refunds are reviewed case by case, subject to Whop policies and applicable consumer law. These terms do not limit mandatory refund, withdrawal, or cancellation rights.

Included AI and your own key

The trial includes 30 AI requests and 120,000 tokens each day. Paid access includes 100 requests and 400,000 tokens each day. Both input and output tokens count. The first limit reached applies, and allowances reset at midnight UTC without rollover. Large requests have additional size and output limits. Listening is generated locally and does not consume the AI allowance.

You may use your own OpenRouter key instead. OpenRouter bills that usage separately; our included allowance does not apply. You are responsible for safeguarding your key and for your provider charges. Included AI is for personal interactive study. Do not resell access, share accounts, automate bulk generation, evade limits, or submit unlawful material.

Study tool, not professional advice

AI can generate incorrect explanations, questions, or answers. Check important information against authoritative sources. The service does not guarantee exam results and does not provide insurance, legal, medical, or financial advice. Only use course material you are allowed to access and share. The service is independent of course providers.

Compatibility and availability

The extension requires a supported desktop browser and a compatible device. Some websites, protected browser pages, scanned text, and embedded applications will not work. Internet access is needed for account checks, AI, and initial model downloads. We may maintain, change, or temporarily suspend features, and do not promise uninterrupted access. Use the trial to verify suitability.

Your content and our software

You retain rights in your content and grant us only the rights needed to process it for requested features. The extension includes third-party open-source components under their respective licenses. We grant you personal use of the service while your access is active. Open-source rights are not restricted by these terms.

Account enforcement and liability

We may suspend access for fraud, serious misuse, security threats, or nonpayment, with notice and an opportunity to resolve issues where appropriate. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, and our total liability for service-related claims is limited to fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
